Dybala: “Juventus is the club that wanted me the most”

 

Paulo Dybala spoke to Sky Sport today on the eve of his medical visit in Turin, to solidify his move to the Italian champions, Juventus.

“Juventus is the club that wanted me the most. They made a huge effort to get me and I appreciate that a lot. The Bianconeri have a winning mentality like myself and starting from next year we can win together. I’ll miss Palermo a lot. It’s impossible to forget those who I’ve been with for these three years. They took care of me very well from the first day, I’ll always remember the city, the fans, the club and my teammates”.

“Zamparini? He’ll be happy. I can still get a lot better, I know what I have to do to play for Juventus, but I can still grow like I’ve done here at Palermo. They had said they spent almost €13 million to get me, and with the time I’ve had I can leave happy to have demonstrated all of my qualities. Now it will be the same thing. A few people have said that the figures are exaggerated, but even here [in Turin] I’ll demonstrate the best of me. Tevez? It would be great if he stays, it would be great to play alongside of him. I like to stay close to goal, but I can also play as a seconda punta, we’ve played that way in Argentina. I’ll find it well in both or any role. When they speak of me, I want them to say that I’m doing well and I brought promise. Around me I have a group of people that are close to me and they’ve helped me to remain calm”.

Khedira: I Haven’t Signed For Anyone

Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira recently spoke to Marca to reveal that he has decided to leave the club this summer, as well as reiterating that he has not agreed a deal with any club.

“These past five years have been the best of my life,” the German international began to the Spanish newspaper.

“Real Madrid is bigger than I imagined and it will be very hard to leave this club.”

Khedira has only featured in 11 La Liga games this season, and the midfielder admits that his time is up at the Spanish giants.

“I haven’t renewed my contract with Real Madrid because I’m not sure if I could commit myself to the club for another four years. In October, it was reported by the media that I had renewed my contract, but that wasn’t true. In December I decided it was time for me to go.”

The German has been linked with Serie A champions Juventus, and he was asked about whether he has agreed a move to a new club.

“Last year I received several important offers from sides like Bayern Munich but I had not signed for anyone and even now I have not signed for anybody.”

Have Juventus Signed the New Conte?

In an editorial from Tuttojuve.com, journalist Massimo Pavan praised the former Genoa midfielder for his work this season at the Juventus Stadium.

“Juventus had lost Antonio Conte from the bench, but they may have found a new one on the pitch. Many times in the last few weeks, Stefano has been compared to Gattuso, but his goal yesterday says otherways. The midfielder demonstrated other than the grinta typical of Gattuso, but also like Antonio Conte. Conte was a great goal-scorer, generous, intense, a leader. We don’t know if Sturaro will be become that or less a bandiera. It’s safe to say that he doesn’t have just ‘normal skills’, because if you don’t have them, you wouldn’t come in January. Even Conte came in the middle of the season and imposed himself step by step. In Turin, they hope that Sturaro can continue his growth and in the long run can impose himself here. Dybala to Undergo Juve Medical Tomorrow

Paulo Dybala’s journey at Juventus will officially start tomorrow, according to La Stampa.

This morning, the Piedmont based newspaper reported that the negotiations with Palermo have been fully concluded. Now, the Argentine has only one more game left in his Rosanero career.

Starting from Tuesday, his colors will change, as well as his responsibility.

Dybala racked up 10 goals and 13 assists this season for Palermo in 33 games.
