The 28-year-old arrived at the Rossoneri on loan for the rest of the season, with option to buy in the summer, and has already made his Milan debut in the 3-1 win over Parma.
“Milan are a big family,” he told the assembled press. “And I’ve had a fantastic reception from everyone.
“I was put in a great position to do well against Parma and I felt good afterwards. The important thing for me is to do well with Milan now, then get into the National Team as a consequence.
“It helps to see yourself in the Italy squad.”
