Inter midfielder Hernanes has hailed the impact of coach Roberto Mancini since taking over, while reserving some praise for new arrival Marcelo Brozovic.
The 29-year-old Brazilian international has struggled to show his true worth since making the big-money move from Lazio in January last year, but has shown signs of getting back to his best in recent weeks.
“I feel in good shape, I’m fine,” Hernanes told a reporter on the Italian show Amici del Bambini.
“Mancini has had a great influence. As soon as he arrived he immediately made me play, and has given me great confidence.
“The upcoming four games [Atalanta, Cagliari and Celtic twice] represent a crucial moment for Inter. The moment of truth has arrived.
“There is no margin for error, in these four games we have to prove our worth.
“[Brozovic] He is a great player that plays at a high-level. He has added more quality to us, and I’m pleased to see him play with us.”
