Leeds United have signed the Albanian international striker Edgar Cani from Catania.
The tall forward is one of a number of players to move to West Yorkshire from Serie B after Giuseppe Bellusci, Tommaso Bianchi, Mirko Antenucci and Souleymane Doukara all made the move to Elland Road in the summer.
Leeds confirmed the signing of Cani on their official website, subject to international clearance.
The transfer fee is reportedly around the €600,000 mark.
The striker will wear the No.10 shirt at Leeds.
Cani emerged from the ranks at Pescara before joining Palermo in 2008 but he spent most of his time under contract with the Rosanero out on loan before permanent moves to Polish side Polonia Warsaw and Catania
The Albanian made 14 appearances for the Sicilian side in the 2014-15 Serie B season and scored three goals.
