Thursday’s Europa League match against Trabzonspor is likely to see Napoli boss Rafa Benitez field a rotated lineup.
Napoli defeated their Turkish opponents 4-0 in the first leg, so Benitez will feel himself free to allow for squad turnover in the return.
The expected lineup, according to TuttoMercatoWeb, would be a 4-2-3-1 formation. Rafael Cabral will return in goal, and his defensive line is projected to see Mesto and Ghoulam on the wings with Henrique and Britos in the center. The two defensive midfielders are projected as Inler and Jorginho, with a line of three attacking midfielders – Gabbiadini, De Guzman and Mertens – supporting Gonzalo Higuain as lone striker. Callejon is expected to come on as a sub during the game.
