The 22-year-old, who joined the Nerazzurri on a two-year loan deal from Dinamo Zagreb on January 24, has admitted that he’s never encountered such great fans before his arrival at the San Siro outfit and insisted that he’ll do his best to prove his worth to the team and its supporters.
Brozovic spoke during his official press conference reveal to the public on Thursday about why he decided to make the move to Inter and commented on his fondness for the Milan side’s rich history.
“I’ve always wanted to play for Inter,” said the Croatian international. “We are talking about a team with great tradition and a great history.
“I’ve never happened to meet supporters as passionate and welcoming as the Inter fans. I’m really happy to be here and I hope I can prove that the club’s investment in me was worth it.
“I wasn’t really even informed about all of this, even though I had heard some rumours. I chose Inter because I liked the conditions here and I know many people at the club.”
