After cashing in Cuadrado’s sell, Fiorentina’s market men are on the hunt for new targets.
As gazzetta.it reports, Atalanta’s Daniele Baselli is the main idea to strengthen the midfield. The 22-year-old would be indeed appreciated by Fiorentina’s boss Della Valle, who recently encouraged his scouts to bring in Italian talents. The Viola club want to close this deal as soon as possible. Another target that is being considered is Torino’s Matteo Darmian. However, despite Torino being interested in Ilicic and Kurtic, this deal seems unlikely to conclude.
Nonetheless, according to the Gazzetta, the Viola could also make a move for Monaco’s Lucas Ocampos. The former River Plate shares the same role with Cuadrado. Monaco’s request won’t be low, but after receiving €35 million from Chelsea, Fiorentina have a non-indifferent budget to spend.
