Antonio Cassano could leave Parma on a free transfer after issues with his salary.
The Gialloblu have endured a torrid time this season and were deducted one point in Serie A for non-payment of player wages.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Cassano could leave for nothing before the end of the month after giving legal notice to the club over back payment of wages.
Following this period of notice to have back wages paid, the player could ask for his contract to be terminated, while the club may also cancel the contract without going through the judicial process.
Despite Parma’s poor form, Cassano has bagged five goals in 18 games this season and has been linked with a move to Juventus, as well as a return to Inter.
