Chelsea have had an offer for Fiorentina’s Juan Cuadrado rejected by the Italian side.
The 26-year-old Colombian was subject to intense speculation in the summer over a move to either Barcelona or Manchester United, but has since signed a contract extension with La Viola, with a €35 million release clause.
According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea have offered €27m for the winger, which has been turned down by Fiorentina, who will accept no less than the €35m clause.
Cuadrado has started 16 Serie A matches this season, bagging four goals whilst also creating another four.
