Juventus lining up bid for AC Milan striker

Giampaolo Pazzini AC Milan Juventus are reportedly lining up a bid for AC Milan striker Giampaolo Pazzini in the case that Sebastian Giovinco decides to leave the Turin giants this winter.

The 30-year-old will be out of a contract with the Rossoneri at the end of the season and is currently thought to be nowhere close to signing a renewal with the Milan side, which has led the Bianconeri to ponder a move for his services before the January transfer window comes to a close.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri would be open to signing the Diavolo man, as the two have a shared history of working together at AC Milan, but would only submit a concrete offer if Giovinco was to make his exit from the Old Lady in the coming weeks.

Reports suggest that the Juve forward could be on the verge of signing with Fiorentina sometime soon, which would free up space for Pazzini to join the reigning Serie A champions.

Pazzini has failed to score in his eight league appearances this season thus far, but managed to provide a goal in his all-around impressive performance during Milan’s 2-1 Coppa Italia win over Sassuolo on Tuesday.
