The 18-year-old, who is on international duty with Paraguay at the 2015 South American Youth Football Championship in Uruguay, does not seem to be part of Giallorossi coach Rudi Garcia’s plans in the future at Roma.
According to Leggo, the former Barcelona youth product is being tracked by English side Arsenal and Spain’s Deportivo La Coruna.
Sanabria has not made any appearances for the capital this season and will most likely find more playing time elsewhere.
