The Blucerchiati ended the first half of the season in an impressive third place, but Mihajlovic is adamant that nothing has been accomplished by his side as of yet.
“For the second half of the season we must double our efforts,” he stated at his pre-match press conference.
“We must beat the others and also win against ourselves.”
The Serbian coach also commented on the signing of Samuel Eto’o, who is expected to be at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris on Sunday.
“Party for Eto’o? What party…Eto’o will be added to this squad, but he must not be a distraction despite everything.
“We are third thanks to our players, with what they have done and the work they have done every day.
“We must remain calm as we are still in an emergency situation in attack.”
