Storari: “I’m good at Juve”

The 38-year old and long time backup to Gigi Buffon has said he would like to remain with Juventus, despite reports linking him with a move away.

“I am glad of the interest of other clubs, but I feel good here,” said Storari.

Having previously been linked to moves away at the end of his contract, the Italian international is committed to the cause at Juventus, and does not mind his role.

According to Tuttomercatoweb.com, not only is Storari happy with his role, but the goalkeeper is actively negotiating a one-year extension on top of his current contract, which expires in June.

The ex-AC Milan man has made only two appearances across all competitions for Juve this season, and allowed two goals, but came out victorious in both matches.

Sassuolo were previously interested in signing the player should he have been available for free.
