Napoli are reportedly targeting Bayer Leverkusen defender Giulio Donati.
The Inter youth product is being linked with a return to Italy in January, in order to replace Brazilian defender Henrique.
According to Sportmediaset, Henrique wants to depart for Brazil, and Donati is being targeted to replace the former Barcelona man.
The former Italian Under-21 international has made 46 appearances for the German outfit thus far since making the move to Leverkusen in June 2013.
