Both sides are looking to perform overhauls to their rosters after the disastrous 2014/15 Serie A season for Inter and AC Milan.
According to SKY Sports, AC Milan has offered a €4 million plus €1 million in bonus if the Rossoneri qualify for the Champions League to the Frenchman, while Inter has offered €3.6 per season.
The transfer fee has been reported to be around €35 million to AS Monaco.
