Juventus are looking to perform major upgrades to their roster following this historic season
The Bianconeri have soared to heights unmatched for the last two decades, and with a date with destiny looming on June 6th, the prospect of bringing in fresh blood for next season is real.
Enter Sami Khedira, the midfield powerhouse born in 1987, who’s contract expires with Real Madrid. There is no renewal on the horizon, and a free-agent deal is looking more and more probable.
Juve feels this is a great chance for a cost-effective upgrade to the midfield, especially with the futures of Pogba and Pirlo being more uncertain. According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the beginning phases of contact are set to begin, in hopes to entice Khedira to an Italian adventure.
There will be time to address the future of their current midfield duo, but the bianconeri are already thinking ahead.
