During the press conference on May 2nd, Inzaghi voiced his desire to stay another year an a half at Milan. Given the satisfactory and sometimes dreadful performance Milan has been able to muster as of late, his wish may be a pipe dream given the imminent and impending change in ownership .
I’m conscious about giving 100% always. I know what Berlusconi and Galliani think of me. Its upsetting that I can’t repay them with the results, they really entrusted me. I always give everything, also because I don’t want any regrets.
With Milan on the brink of being sold to Chinese investor Mr. Bee, the chances Inzaghi returns next years is extremely slim. Milan are in an extremely dark period in their history and change in needed, ASAP; and unfortunately, Pippo is not the answer.
