Inter’s boss spoke after the win against Lazio regarding the status of several of his players
Roberto Mancini spoke to Sport Mediaset after the victory against Lazio.
On Kovacic and Palacio: “We looked for a way to win, and Mateo has this [winning] quality. Palacio is a great player and has demonstrated this in the last few years. I hope that next year, coming back after a month of rest, he can still play big role because he’s still an integral player”.
“Icardi? Overall, he played well he had a few chances to score and a few mistakes, but he can capitalize on them”.
Hernanes absence against Juve? “I’m sorry about it because he’s been playing well, but we can’t do anything about it”.
Dybala in Nerazzurro? “He’s a Palermo player, he interests us but there’s other interested teams, I don’t know what will happen”.
Europa League’s at the door? “The games against Juve and Genoa are very difficult, a lot rides on these next two games”.
