Mattia Destro, Milan striker, found the back of the net during Milan’s 2-1 victory over Roma at the San Siro this weekend.
Speaking to Mediaset following the match, Destro said:
“It was a special match, especially for me. We wanted to perform well in front of our fans. We always try to do well. Sometimes we succeed and other times we don’t.”
It was Destro’s first goal against his former Club, as he moved to Milan from Roma during the January transfer window.
