The brother of the Toronto FC striker will be plying his trade in Lega Pro after signing on with the Calabrians.
As reported by TuttoMercatoWeb, Giuseppe Giovinco, brother of Sebastian Giovinco, has signed on the dotted line to confirm a one-year deal, which includes the option for a second, with Lega Pro side Catanzaro. Having last played for Tuttocuoio from January to May, the 25-year old finished the season with two goals and two assists in 15 games.
The younger Giovinco was developed in the Juventus Primavera and wore the jerseys of Carrarese, Esperia Viareggio, Pisa and Savona throughout his career.
