Napoli hope to pry Mauro Icardi from Inter with increased transfer fee and salary, but Inter still not looking to sell.
According to Di Marzio, Napoli have increased their offer for the Argentinian forward to €45 million with €2 million in bonuses, along with an increase in the players salary offer to €6.5 million. Napoli have made the 23 year old their prime target to replace Higuian and seem determined to make the deal happen.
Inter’s official postion remains that he is still not for sale, but with increasing offers the transfer becomes a stronger possibility.
Icardi is coming off an impressive season where he was fourth leading scorer with 16 goals to go along with 4 assists.
