The Pistacoppi are struggling with stadium problems as Coppa Italia fixture is set to take place on July 31st.
In the unveiling of the 2016/2017 edition of the Coppa Italia bracket, Maceratese were drawn against Campodarsego in the opening round but they could end up being stuck playing away from their home field. As per TuttoMercatoWeb, the municipality of Maceratese have denied the club use of the Helvia Recina for their scheduled Coppa Italia encounter on Sunday July 31st due to the extreme maintenance needed on the pitch.
President Francesca Tardella and lawyers for the club will discuss at a Press Conference on Monday, the issues pertaining to the denial of stadium access. For the time being, until further notice, Maceratese will not be permitted to use the stadium for any fixtures.
