A friendly between Pisa and Celtic Vigo is cancelled after close to 500 fans block the Serie B squad from leaving their hotel.
Following the resignation of head coach Gattuso, fans have made their anger known as protests have taken place demanding answers. Gattuso was highly regarded among fans and considered to be the reason for the clubs promotion to Serie B.

Gattuso stated that he left the club due to “serious, constant and unacceptable problems within the organization.”
The former A.C. Milan defender, began coaching duties at the club in 2015 and led the club to a promotion his first season in the role.
