The Sporting Director of Inter discussed various topics regarding playing the transfer market.
Talking to Premium Sport Piero Ausilio discussed the latest additions to the Inter squad before the Inter vs Palermo match;
” In attack we are well covered, Gabigol is different to what we already had. It will be up to De Boer to find the right solution.
Gabigol and Joao Mario are 2 talented players. Even I didn’t believe that we would be able to close these 2 deals but our ownership gave their approval.”
On whether Inter needed defenders and Brozovic possibly leaving for the English Premier League:
“A defender? I don’t think so, we are waiting for Andreolli and we also have Medel who can play as a center-back. We are complete. Brozovic? I have always said that he would remain with us.”
Chelsea had been long interested in the Croatian midfielder, however it seems Brozovic is too key of a player to Inter’s project.
Jovetic to Fiorentina? Yes, there are chances that it happens. Icardi?He always wanted to stay on with us and he has the right determination. My future? There is still a lot of time to think about this “.
