The prospects of a return to his hometown of Palermo are fading away.
Balotelli’s future, more than likely is in France. The ex Inter and AC Milan striker is close to a move to Nice. His medical visit has already been carried out, says Sky Sport.
Now the two clubs, Nice and Liverpool need to find an agreement on how they will pay his €6.5 million annual net salary.
The French are willing to take on €4.5 million, which is much better than what Palermo could offer at a lowly €700,000.
The remaining few details are being worked out, Balotelli will be playing just a few kilometers outside of Italy in neighboring Nice.
