Fiorentina have confirmed the sale of defender Marcos Alonso to Chelsea Football Club.
The statement from the Viola, via ViolaChannel:
“ACF Fiorentina announces that it has sold outright the rights of player Marcos Alonso Mendoza to Chelsea Football Club.”
The English club are said to have secured the services of Alonso for an estimated 27 million euro.
