Torino have been active on the transfer window replacing Nikola Maksimovic but have hit a hiccup.
Gianluca Di Marzio is reporting that Jozo Simunovic’s move to Torino is at risk following his failed medical. The medical indicated some serious issues in the player’s knee following his operation a few months back.
Torino had reached an agreement with Celtic of 4.5 million euros but are now weighing their options. In the coming hours they will decide whether the defender’s knee problems can be easily cured or if they can find a deal for another player. As the medical comes up negative, Simunovic may just stay at Celtic.
