The former Empoli midfielder continues to attract interest and a future away from Roma is becoming more and more a possibility.
As one of the standout performers in Serie A this past season, it is only normal that Leandro Paredes has caught the attention of clubs around Europe. According to ForzaRoma.info, Zenit Saint-Petersburg have become admirers of the Argentinian. The Russian club is prepared to submit a €20 million offer to Roma for the defensive midfielder who was also once a target of Liverpool.
To entice Paredes into a move, a salary of €4 to €4.5 million per season is waiting in the wings. The decision however, will remain in the hands of the player. At the moment, he is out nursing a calf injury and is not involved in training.
