Davide Santon will be undergoing medicals with West Ham United between today and tomorrow, which could complete his move back to the English Premier League, according to Di Marzio.
West Ham and Inter have reached an agreement for the transfer of Santon. The move will be a loan with an option to buy.
The English side will be paying 500,000 euros for the loan, but they have an option to buy Santon at 5.9 million euros, according to Di Marzio.
Napoli and Southampton wanted to add Santon to their squads earlier in the transfer window, but a move to either team never came to fruition.
The Italian defender previously played for Newcastle United in the Premier League before his Inter move. However, it seems like Santon is ready to play in England again; this time for the Hammers.
