Inter beat Hellas Verona at home 1-0 following a performance which saw Inter receive many chances to score early.
Interviewed by Radio Radio after the game at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, the Nerazzurro head coach Roberto Mancini commented on his squad’s success against Verona, and the fifth win in a row for Inter.
“I’m very happy for the five wins in a row, we hope to go on like this, it’s still very early in the season. Many teams are having problems this year, but there’s still time to get on the right track. We’re defending very well and creating many different chances to close the match, but we’re always missing that last touch. There’s still a lot of things to work on, we’re only at the beginning and the team is still new and aren’t used to playing with each other that well. We can still get better”
