Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri expressed his satisfaction at his side’s victory over Roma which means they’ve now won eleven league games in a row.
In his post-match interview with Sky, the former Milan boss said,”
“Dybala had another great game. In the first twenty minutes we were missing Paulo’s brilliance in the final third but as the game went on he did good to created stuff from nothing. He’s young and we should let him grow. He still can improve a lot and his right foot has to get better.”
Important win for the title race. Are Inter out of the race?
“Inter are still in it. Winning in eleven games in a row in Italy isn’t simple. The players deserve it but have worked hard. It was a really important game, one that is especially crucial for the league later on.”
There are rumours from England that Chelsea want to sign you.
“I have no suitors. I have a contract with Juventus until 2017. We have a lot of games coming up. We shouldn’t lose our balance. Three months ago our players were called poor but now it’s a different discussion. We can’t lose this balance and the players did good to find one.”
A Barcelona director was at the Juventus Stadium to watch Pogba and Dybala. Do you hope they stay?
“There’s no sense in talking about next year. In football, it takes no time to change opinions. Dybala and Pogba are considered two players crucial to the future of Juventus and the club is doing it at acquiring talented youngsters. We want to win one or more trophies and see where to go from there.”
Morata is no longer in your plans?
“He’s returning to the physical and mental level that he was previously at. He played a good game against Lazio in the Coppa Italia. I’m happy with him as well as Zaza but I have to make decisions. We have many games and it would be chaotic if we only had one game a week.”
Will you play with a back four against Bayern?
“Tonight, Lichtsteiner almost played as a right winger when we pressed. It always depends on our players characteristics. We never abandoned a back four and will have Pereyra to play between the lines. He will be our January signing.”
