In one of the more surprising transfer moves this window, Swansea are advancing quickly to sign one of Chievo’s top performers.
As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, the Welsh club have submitted an offer of €8 million for striker Alberto Paloschi, who is on 8 goals this season after 21 games, which has already been accepted by Chievo.
The player’s agents are traveling to Verona to discuss and evaluate the contract details with Paloschi and the club. Should there be no disagreements or issues with the contract, the Italian international can begin waving goodbye to his time with the Gialloblu. A new adventure awaits for the 26-year old as this will be his first experience playing for a club outside of Italy.
