Following his game winner against Empoli, Patrice Evra has called for humility and insists Scudetto talks remain far away.
After the game, Evra’s years of experience were on display in his post-match interview when he was asked about the prospect of winning the league title. He told the reporters of Mediaset Premium,:
“We talk a lot amongst ourselves in order to find solutions to our problems. We’re a family. We aren’t looking at the standings but are instead looking at how we can help each other with sacrifices. We hope that we are able to continue like this as we are all eager to see the real Juve. We were able to win two games in a row due to humility. After the international break, we play Milan and we want to get the three points. We’re not talking about the Scudetto.”
