After his side’s win over Empoli, Paulo Dybala told reporters that he believes Juventus are the best team in the league but have to start showing it.
In his brief cameo on the pitch, Dybala was able to find the back of the net for his fifth goal of the season. The former Palermo man is confident that his team are Italy’s top dog and will start showing it. In his post-match interview with Sky Sport, he said:
“We wanted to win this game therefore we are happy. After we conceded the goal, we reacted nicely and we deserved to win. There are a number of players that are doing well for us therefore I am not disappointed to have started from the bench. I’m happy when it’s my turn to come on and I’ll always give my all and remain concentrated. There are only eleven players that can go on the field at once. We think we’re the strongest team in the league and have to start showing it. The upcoming game against Milan is the perfect game for us to continue this run of form.”
