Fiorentina coach Paulo Sousa spoke to Sky Sports following his team’s 2-0 win over Torino at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.
“You need quality in order to win, the lads are confident in their abilities and can accomplish great things. With the reinforcements we now have alternatives before and during the match like today. It will take some time for the new players to integrate themselves, but easier to do when you win.”
“We are always working to get better, including myself. We need to improve individually and collectively to reach our common goal: win. During training we try different tactics and solutions and we see the results on the pitch. It wasn’t easy against Torino, eventually we moved the ball well which allowed us to play our game.”
“After two defeats the lads showed what they can do and their conviction in their abilities. This makes me happy and the lads merit this success.”
