Inter have officially announced the signing of Portuguese midfielder Joao Mario from Sporting CP.
The official statement from the Nerazzurri:
“F.C. Internazionale is delighted the announce the signing of Joao Mario. The Portuguese midfielder will be introduced to the Nerazzurri faithful at the San Siro this evening.”
At the age of 23, Joao Mario is coming off a European Championship in which Portugal hoisted the crown. To his name, he also has 18 caps for country.
Fresh off landing Gabriel “Gabigol” Barbosa from Santos, new manager Frank de Boer now has two young attackers for the already up and running 2016-17 Serie A TIM campaign.
