Roma defender Antonio Rudiger expressed his satisfaction with the three points and highlighted the importance of the clean sheet.
Rudi Garcia handed Rudiger yet another start at the heart of defence and the German did not let him down racking up another clean sheet. After the game, the defender told Roma TV:
“It’s a special moment for me. We are very happy with the win. It was important that we did not concede a goal today and we’re happy for this. Even today, it was a good performance from me. When looking at the whole team, it has to be said that everyone had a good game.”
