The arrival of two new attacking players will be a major boost to the squad in the eyes of their tactician.
In an interview with Domenica Sportiva after Pescara’s 2-2 tie against Napoli, manager Massimo Oddo spoke about the overall performance and the helping hand which will be brought by their latest purchases:
We had a terrific first half from a purposeful point of view and, although suffering, we played a good second half. There is a bit of regret because one of Napoli’s goal came from our own error.
Today, we closed the books on two acquisitions, Pepe and Bahebeck. They are two players who will give us a big hand and are very hopeful.
