The Japanese winger could be on his way out of Milano.
Honda looks set to be a backup to Suso this season unless he could force a move. There aren’t any potential suitors in Italy, but Sunderland from the Premier League are interested in the Japan international.
The Black Cats are set to offer around €10 million for his card and now Milan need to evaluate the offer.
According to the Mirror, the final decision is yet to be made. The player must make up his mind on what he wants to do.
Honda arrived in Milan from CSKA Moscow for free in January 2014. The 30-year-old’s contract expires in July 2017.
