The Rossoneri have made it clear they won’t sell one of the cornerstones of their project.
Despite pre-season woes and and an opener in which Milan let in two goals, Alessio Romagnoli is anywhere but on the market.
The player is viewed as a major talent for the future for both club and country. Astonishingly by Italian standards, the 21-year-old is beginning his third full season in Serie A. He played for Sampdoria in 2014-15 before being sold to AC Milan.
According to Sky, Chelsea submitted a €35 million bid for Romagnoli as their chase for Koulibaly has seemingly ended. However, Galliani will not sell him for any price this summer.
Milan further thinned their squad this summer letting players like Alex, Phillipe Mexes, Jeremy Menez and Kevin Prince-Boateng walk.
