In these final days of the transfer market, Napoli are looking to lock up a few more signings. After having already locked up deals with Marko Rog and Amadou Diawara just this week, Napoli are now looking for defensive backup. Eliaquim Mangala of Manchester City is the latest name to make headway.
According to Radio CRC, Napoli are close to signing Eliaquim Mangala on loan. Napoli are reportedly offering the defender a salary of €3.5million. Napoli must find defensive backup soon as Torino’s Nikola Maksimovic looks unlikely to arrive due to Torino president, Urbano Cairo, having a bad relationship with Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis.
Thus, according to Radio CRC, the French defender is one step away from completing his move to the partenopei.
