M’Baye Niang took to his twitter account to confirm the reports this afternoon that the Rossonerri striker was involved in a serious car accident.

The Senegalese striker is expected to miss the rest of the season through injuries sustained in the crash.
“AC Milan communicates that M’Baye Niang has suffered an injury to the capsular ligament in his left ankle, as well as bruising to his left shoulder following a car accident.”
Sinisa Mihajlovic has already confirmed that Mario Balotelli is set to replace the striker in the starting line-up tomorrow evening in the Coppa Italia Semi-Final second leg.
