Italy midfielder Marco Parolo admitted the secret to Italy’s success against Belgium.
Speaking to Sky Sport, he told reporters that it’s all about the group.
“When you suffer a lot, it makes the victory more joyful for the group. Even those who came off the bench gave a lot. This is how you build wins, as a team. This is what the coach asks of us, for all of us to give our souls on the field. I like to run, it makes up part of my DNA. Each person who comes onto the field needs to put their own characteristics, the coach this week depended a lot of what I could put onto the field.
