Roma extend their player search to South America to spot a new name to strengthen their right side of the pitch.
According to Il Messaggero, Roma may have found their player to occupy the right flank in 23-year old Alex Silva from Uruguayan club Montevideo Wanderers. He has been deployed as a right back at his parent club but is also capable of playing a more forward role as a right winger, a versatility that will be highly welcomed by the Giallorossi. As of now, no reports of any contact being made with Montevideo and the player remains simply an idea.
Silva made a total of 29 appearances in the Priméra Division for Montevideo this season, collecting one assist.
