The Partenopei are ready to lock up two of their prized assets for the long-term as extensions for Lorenzo Insigne and Elseid Hysaj loom.
According to GazzaMercato, Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis is ready to renew two of his most prolific performers from the 2015-16 campaign in Italian winger Lorenzo Insigne and Albanian fullback Elseid Hysaj. The Partenopei who clinched UEFA Champions League football for next season with a second place finish in the Italian top-flight are keen to extended both players until 2021.
The 24-year old Insigne had his breakout season for Napoli in 2015-16, tallying a dozen goals and ten assists, while Hysaj shined in thirty-seven league matches for Maurizio Sarri’s side. Both players are deemed major components to Napoli’s title hopes next year, and beyond.
