The Delfini are continuing to improve their squad ahead of their Serie A return and have secured the services of a former Milan youth product.
As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Pescara have reached an agreement to sign midfielder Bryan Cristante from Benfica. The 21-year old’s contract at the Portuguese club expires at the end of the month therefore his move to the newly-promoted club would be considered a free transfer.
Cristante spent the last six months on-loan at Palermo where he was only given 4 appearances. He struggled to find room at Benfica, recording only seven domestic appearances in two seasons. This would mark his second return to Italy since his departure from Milan back in 2014.
