It’s reported that Inter director Javier Zanetti will fly to Argentina to personally convince Alario to join the Black and Blue side of Milan.
Zanetti is on his way to Buenos Aires to meet with River Plate. In January, Inter had first contact with the player but were unable to convince him to join sooner.
River wants about €15 million for the player, but Inter attempt to snatch the Argentine for about 12-13 million. Meanwhile, yesterday the president of River came out and said they will take no offers for Alario.
Lucas Alario scored six goals in 11 appearances last season for River, as Zanetti will attempt to line up another Argentine striker.
Independent evaluations of Alario put the 23 year old striker at €5.5 million
