Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba spoke about his side’s character following their draw against Borussia Moenchengladbach despite being a man down for the majority of the second half.
After Hernanes’ early sending off in the second half, Juventus buckled down and defended the result. Despite facing a plethora of attacks from the German side, the bianconeri were able to return to Turin with a point in their pocket. Following the game, Pogba told reporters,:
“We showed character after Hernanes’ result and did good to hold the result. That said, we wanted to win.”

“I want to keep playing good and give one hundred percent in every game. That’s football. I keep working hard to give my all for the team and for myself. We wanted to win and keep winning.”
If the Italian champions get one point from their last two games against Manchester City or Sevilla, they will progress to the round of sixteen of the Champions League.
