Juventus are looking to offload at least one midfielder this summer and Pereyra looks to be on the way out.
Roberto Pereyra had a meteoric rise the 2014/2015 season but injuries and a lack of space since have slowed down his progress. Now, with heavy additions on the verge of signing for Juventus, the Argentina international will have to make way.
According to Tuttosport, Watford, West Ham and Zenit St. Petersburg are all interested in the midfielder’s services. An interesting link is Watford because the Pozzo family owns both the English side and Udinese, where Juventus acquired him from.
New coach Walter Mazzarri is looking to reform and relaunch his side for next season and Pereyra makes a good fit for his 3-5-2 formation.
Juventus in two years have paid nearly €15 million to Udinese for Pereyra and therefore, would like at least to recoup that figure. The Russian club, Zenit, could offer more than that.
