The Greek side, Panathinaikos, have announced that they have appointed Andrea Stramaccioni as their new coach.
The former Inter and Udinese coach has signed a contract with the Athens based side until June 2017, taking over from Giannis Anastasiou who left the club last Monday. The 39-year-old’s first game in the dugout will be the Athens derby against fierce rivals Olympiakos after the international break on 21 November.
